Dent Cuckoo Clock by nendo

A collaboration between clock-maker Lemnos and the Japanese design studio Nendo, this minimalist cuckoo clock is carved into a square block, just like a real bird house. A little cuckoo bird peeks out every hour to mark the time with a gentle chirp. Place it on a tabletop around the house or hang it on the wall for a visual pick-me-up, every hour on the hour.   Nendo is a Japanese design firm founded in 2002 by Oki Sato. Recognized worldwide for its simple and minimalist Japanese-Scandanavian aesthetics, Nendo works with numerous international brands. Its name is a play on the Japanese for “playdoh” or clay, and takes after the shape-shifting nature of the toy.
