Designed by Yuichi Nara in collaboration with Lemnos, the Thomson Paper Clock combines the fine texture of wood and paper in one sleek timepiece. The clock face is dye-cut from a fine “mermaid” paper—so named for its unique texture, subtly rippled like the sea—and a plywood frame. The distinction in textures of its face, frame, and ash wood hands underlines the contrast of natural materials. Specifications: A light wood frame, numbers, and hands over a charcoal grey paper face.    Made from plywood, paper, and glass. Measures 12″ diameter x 2″ depth (305mm × 52mm). Made in Japan.
